Petit Bateau, which has previously collaborated with Carven (I have that beautiful navy collared dress) and Christian Lacroix, has just announced its latest designer collaboration - a partnership with Belgian designer and ex-Lanvin/ Cacharel Artistic Director Cédric Charlier for a new capsule collection launching in December just in time for Christmas, perfect for both parties and presents.
The exclusive line of ten pieces for women, girls and men feature the French brand's iconic breton stripes, reinvented by Charlier in a contemporary way in his signature modern cuts and use of bold colours. Loose, painted lines sit against straight horizontal or vertical stripes in varying widths on knitted cotton and soft jersey.
that dress is mine
The lively collection and its celebration of movement is brought to life in the photoshoot with acrobatic dancers, photographed by Alfredo Piola. It launches on 13 December - put the date in your diary.
