I find that perfume's like wine, in that you can quite happily carry on going for the same thing you know you love, yet can be taken by surprise by something you typically wouldn't choose. I was obsessed with the original Narciso Rodriguez fragrance - I'm on my third bottle now, after featuring it on the blog back in 2014 - yet I would never think I'd be drawn to a powdery musk fragrance.
